When we get there we'll shout YES!

Ok, so I'll get to the polar express right after this brief message....Wed morning Boston was screaming at me from the second I woke him up til the second I had him fully dressed after his bath and held him. He did NOT want to get up, did NOT want to get in the shower and DID not want to be naked in his cold bedroom. But the worst was getting him out of the shower that he didn't want to get into. He was curled up there screaming. Jaden was curled up there laughing at him. Ok, so that evening when Jase got home from work we headed up to Flagstaff...the kids thought we were just going up to shop for our secret santa family, but they noticed we passed Flagstaff. They had no idea where we were going til we got in the line to pick up our tickets and everyone was talking about "the polar express". Then they caught onto it and they turned into super hyper active excited kids. This is Bossy showing his ticket as we waited out in the freezing cold for the train to come.
Finally, on the train, nice and warm. This was our elf. And yes, i do know that Jase's eyes look weird. I don't know what's wrong with them. Probably some of the crazy natural things he's taking. Ok just kidding. I was trying to exchange out his open eyes because his eyes were closed in this picture, and I just don't feel like resizing, recoloring and reshaping so that they'll match....but I bet thsi is the first time you've noticed that I've traded faces in a pic right? Ha, anyway, that's our elf.

We rode out for about 30 minutes and it was really dark, then WHA BAM! outta nowhere it's the north freakin pole!!!! The kids were pretty excited.

Then we picked up Santa and turned around. Boston couldn't stop kissing me. I wish he'd always like me this much.

Then it turned a little weird, and he was kissing me way too much....
Then they made us sing so that Santa would come to our train car. Boss mostly yelled.

And again, WHA BAM! There he was. He's so magical. The kids were excited to see him again this year. He gave them all their magical bell and told Jaden to make sure that there wasn't a hole in his pocket, then he went on his merry way.

The old folks sitting by us asked if we wanted a picture...I really didn't, but we did it anyways. Of coarse they said, "show me your bell" and Boss put his in front of his face...good idea.

And then it was over. The line to get a real picture with santa was pretty huge, AND they wouldn't let you use your own camera...so unsantaish of them. So we just got one last picture by the Polar express. It was a great trip. And luckily we had a hotel in Flag because we were all beat!

Thats awesome!! It looks like your kids loved it. We are actually going on the 17th. So is it true that all you need is your confirmation #? To get your tickets. I sure hope so!

I love the pict of the boys in the tub. It's so good to see that I'm not the only one who has kids that do that. Nice memory, the boys will love that picture when they're older when you show it to their girlfriends/future wives. Great job!
