Alright, so we are FINALLY booking our trip...and we've researched A TON this past week and have decided that pretty much hawaii, turks and caicos, caymen and jamaica are all the same thing....we just need to make sure we get a sweet resort, and we've been todl by a few to be sure to do all inclusive so we don't have to worry about $$ at all whiel we're there (just before hand). So we've narrowed it down to the Sandals resorts. NOt sure which one yet. Somewhere in Jamaica though. Just wanted to make sure no one has heard anything bad about Sandals resorts??? The reviews are all good and the pictures are great, and the prices and food sound great too, but you never know. whatta ya think?

sounds like a blast! when i looked into the sandal resorts a few years ago they all looked great.
Hey if you go to tripadvisor.com, if you haven't yet you can type in the actual resort and get past guest reviews, people are really honest about how they felt about the places and post their own pictures and stuff, sometimes its amazing how the pictures different from the hotels website. Anyways good luck. Should be a ton of fun.
I think HAWAII come on seriously! I can't celebrate my 30th without you. Change your name to Thurston and it's covered! I'm gonna miss you there.
Wow that looks like an aazing resort, I am jealous!!!!!!!! You have definitely earned it though!
I haven't been to all of the Caribbean, but the 3 islands I have been to were nice, I really can't say much for Hawaii since I haven't been there yet, but here are my suggestions...
My votes are Martineau Bay Resort on Vieques island right off of Puerto Rico. It's smaller, quiet, and relaxing. The worst part about Vieques is that it is really hard to get to - you can only get there by boat or a small 5-10 man plane. And considering it is the bottom point of the Bermuda Triangle - anyones superstitions run wild.
The Buccaneer on St. Croix. St. Croix has an awesome history, and there is tons to do. Especially if you are taking the entire family. It's also the oldest resort in all of the Caribbean. Its great for swimming in the beaches, and relaxing.
I've also been to St. Thomas, but that was a bit too toursty in my opinion...though if you are okay with Blood Diamonds, you can save a TON of cash on jewels.
