IN A RUT GIVEAWAY!

Ok, so I'll still be posting about everyday things, but I want something new and interesting to blog. Something that my kids will absolutely LOVE to read in 10 or 20 or 50 years from now. Something that I would LOVE to read about my parents right now. So, I'm bribing you guys to help me out. I'm having a giveaway. This adorable menu board that i just made is the prize at stake. And if you don't like the meals i've included, there are a bunch of blank tags to make your own. And if you hate this menu board, enter anyways and you'll have one present less to buy for Christmas!

Here's how to enter. Leave a comment on here with 2 ideas of what I could blog about. And for a 2nd entry, facebook me an idea.
The giveaway ends on October 23rd, and I'll be putting all of the names in a hat for my non reading 4 year old to draw the winner. ha!

I love history! And I love stories! So I would blog about your favorite things growing up, but put them into a story, cuz you are awesome like that and then I would tell stories about the pics you are taking of them, because pictures are priceless and so are our kids and the crazy cute things they do! We never want to forget those moments!

PS: I love reading your blog, I wish mine was half as interesting as yours!

Blog about things in the world around you that you are drawn to and why. Also, blog about your views on the war going on in Iraq and Afghan. Your children should know your views on this weather or not others agree with you or not. Hope this helps :) Good luck!

Blog about TONS of things your kids do everyday--things you won't remember if you don't write them down. I would love it if my mom would have been able to do something like that when I was a kid... You probably already do this but do it some more! I think your kids would love to read it in a few years.

Also, I know you already write stuff about yourself, but put pictures too! I would have love to see pictures of stuff my parents did when I was little and I was too young to remember. And I'm sure everyone would love to see as many pictures of you and Jason as you put up of your kids. Put up lots of old pictures of you too! I love seeing pictures of my parents from forever ago.

Ok, I love love top 10 lists and random fact lists, so do more of those! It'll let your kids know who YOU really were, other than just Mom! Plus you're fabulous so I'm sure they'd be hilarious and awesome!

We love "Remember When's..." We write them in a journal and love to look back. You can do it each month, year etc. Remember when Luke ate mud, Remember when we lost Jeffey etc. you get the idea. They are great converstation starters and kind of fun because it isn't a ton of writing but a lot of journaling. Such a fun board!

Ok, I hope I'm not disqualified because I'm family but I'm entering anyways becuase its really cute...I'm thinking of things I would like to know about my parents now... maybe a post about high school memories or...its hard thinking of something you havent already done. I'm sure you done posts about how you and Jase fell in love...because that is always fun to read. Your such a good blogger its hard. I would love to know some of the random things I said of did when I was little, but your already doing that. Well....sorry I wasnt much help. Maybe this can just be half an entry. And the other half you can just give me for being your awesomely cool pregnant neice.

You could post about all of the places (homes) you have lived in and the feelings evoked when you think about/see them. And, funny/silly things you do or think about. When reading my father-in-law's journal, it was fun to read about his funny view or thoughts on things.

I NEED that! Saw it at your house and almost stuck it in my purse. :) Write about how your love your girl and were so sad to see me steal all of her clothes the other day. OR write about your favorite desserts to make (and not eat)... and don't forget to mention my apple crumb cake. Ha ha
